Terms of Service

By signing a contract, both parties are obligated to the terms & conditions written in based on the set amount of the quote or quotes provided by Radiant Painting.

Quotes & Estimates

  • Radiant Painting’s quote provides estimates that are valid for 30 days unless interior or exterior work has experienced additional damages not initially listed on the quote.

  • Quotes are prepared using measurements, product market pricing, layers of paint, prep work, equipment rentals, and are itemized for complete transparency.

  • Additional items and services not listed on the quote are considered change orders and are subject to an additional signed quote beforehand.

Scheduling & Communication

  • Scheduling is based on open appointments.

  • Communication of project progress will be done via email to ensure customers are provided a weekly Statement of Work Accomplishment.

  • Please keep an open communication and give a 24 hour notice if something does not work with your schedule, so we can reschedule.

  • Weather may cause rescheduling and delays to exterior work.

Access & Preparation

  • Please provide jobsite access, electricity, and water.

  • Please move all furniture away from walls so that we may protect with plastic covers.

  • We ask that all pets are not in work areas to ensure their safety and fir does not get on the wet walls.

Paint Colors & Materials

  • Paint colors and product must be chosen prior to starting the project to ensure cost of materials does not change.

  • Quote will specify in detail chosen paint and materials based on market pricing.

Payment

  • Deposits vary based on material needed for job startup.

  • Services will be billed upon itemized completion.

  • 10% retention will be held from each billing until work is completed in full to ensure a final walk-through to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • The project will be closed and obligation will be considered met once retention has been paid in full.

  • We have the right to suspend work if overdue bills have not been paid.

Warranty

  • Limited workmanship warranty for 1 year from completion against peeling/flaking due to application issues. Normal wear, moisture intrusion, movement, prior coating failure, and customer-supplied products are excluded.

Safety & Compliance

  • Radiant Painting follows OSHA Standards & Safety Compliance when conducting work to ensure the safety of all parties.

Photos & Reviews

  • We will ask for permission to add photos and reviews to our website and social media platform ensuring the customer’s privacy is protected.

Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes & Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project is located. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before other remedies.
